A Profound Immersion in Yoga
From Yoga Center Madrid we have created an innovative intensive program composed of a combination of asanas, pranayamas and meditations in a context similar to that of the Ashram of India. In just 10 days you can live the practice in a context of absolute immersion in yoga. Pedagogy is combined with practice, tradition with the present; a complete program that will enable you to give your yoga classes a touch that makes them even more special: so that your students want to repeat and do not miss your classes.
We will travel through the pedagogy of postures, the theory of teaching, the anatomy of yoga and personal practice. We will see the science of the mantras, we will delve into the oriental wisdom, the art of relaxation and teaching, we will dive into the science of the body in Savasana and in the history of modern yoga. A complete program that will enable you to be a great teacher capable of offering dynamic, creative classes, full of authentic and genuine yoga.
A Full Cycle of Practices
In this Postgraduate course we offer extensive sessions of meditation, pranayama, dynamic meditation and meditative walks,as well as the opportunity to practicing a favourite sport, or more asanas and talks of various styles. This course aims to explore the possibilities of teaching yoga: how to improve your classes, how to make them more attractive, how to enrich your work as a teacher. For this we will organize a round of talks in which each one of you will be able to explain to us how she organizes her classes and she will also be able to give us a class so that together we can take her teaching to a higher level.
This is a Postgraduate course that is especially suitable for yoga teachers and for instructors who have already completed the 200 and 400 hour training courses and who wish to add 100 hours more, through a unique experience in a Yoga Retreat. recreate the atmosphere of a traditional Ashram.

This is the program of classes for the intensive Postgraduate:
- 07.00 - 8:00: Morning Pranayama, meditation.
- 08.00 - 9:30: Directed personal practice of asanas.
- 09.30 - 10.30: Breakfast.
- 10.30 - 12.00: Free time. Swimming pool, river, hiking, massages, water palace etc
- 12.00 - 13.30: Sessions: Practice, Theory, Teaching methodology, meditative walk, mindfulness in nature, relaxation under the sky.
- 14.00 - 15.30: Food
- 15.30 - 17.30: Free time
- 17.30 - 19.30: Philosophy and art of teaching. Master class
- 20.00 - 21.00: Meditation and Kirtan.
- 09.00 - 10.00: Dinner.

Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel 21 days or more before your program begins you will receive the full amount minus a 50,00€ processing fee.
- If you cancel less than 21 days prior to the event you will receive 40% of your payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the starting date of the event.

Certification
Certification is obtained after passing the theoretical and practical assessments, resulting in a Ashtanga Yoga Instructor diploma.
In the case of not passing the exams, a Certificate of Attendance will be awarded.
Course Terms of Agreement
When you sign up for one of our courses there are certain general conditions of agreement that will apply.
Students may choose to resit the exams at one of the AIPYS centers, if necessary to complete their diploma requirements.
Other registers
Upon the completion of this course as an AIPYS 200 hours Yoga Instructor. Graduates may register with the different Yoga Alliances in the 200 hours level.
